Villa Lazzarino in Pisa hosts up to 10 people and can do better with 2 extra single beds if needed! There are 4 spacious double rooms and a the room with the terrace which works as living room or as bedroom as it has a very comfortable double sofa bed. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, a wide terrace to look at the stars and a fully equipped beautiful large kitchen. There's another summer kitchen if you want to enjoy cooking in the garden! And there's a hot shower too in the garden for the hot days... and a barbecue... and a tennis table... and some bikes to borrow... and a cosy rabbit to play with... etc... etc...

Santa Rosa Terrace Flat in Barcelona can host up to 5 people. It's a modern high quality building and there's brightness everywhere you look and sun all year round in the 60 sqm private terrace where you can relax and enjoy your meals! It's "almost" a loft as there's a double bedroom, the bathroom and the rest of the apartment is open. A king size comfortable sofa bed lays in the living room together with another standard size sofa bed.

Villa Taddei in Ardea, outside Roma, hosts up to 9 people. Three double large bedrooms (two suites), three bathrooms, a double comfortable sofa bed and a cosy peculiar single bed niche in the enormous living room overlooking the wonderful garden. A fully equipped kitchen and two fireplaces, one to warm you up inside in winter, the another one to barbecue your meals outside in your holiday long lunches! There's also a solar shower in the garden and some bikes are also available!

Baby cots, baby high chairs are available on request. 

All houses supply comfort facilities as quality cotton linens and towels; hand soap, dish soap, salt, sugar, coffee... washing machine, dish washer, toaster, blender, coffee maker, steam iron, microwave oven, traditional oven; air conditioning.
