I highly recommend Valeria's accommodations! The location is incredible , beautiful house, very comfortable beds with a super white and soft linen. Valeria and Teo are great hosts and helped with everything we needed. The place is in a residential neighborhood, walking distance from Pisa center and the Leaning Tower. A grocery store is nearby, and restaurants are plentiful in Pisa center. In all, we had a great stay. The house and our hosts were fantastic :)

“Everything we wanted and more.”
Our family enjoyed a pleasant and unique experience at Valeria's Villa Lazzarino! She is a fabulous hands-on hostess with a gift for hospitality. Upon arriving, we were greeted with a warm welcome and provided with delicious snacks - bread, olives and wine - a nice touch for hungry travelers. Valeria also arranged our transportation for arrival and departure as well as providing us with great local recommendations on restaurants during our stay - she even made reservations for us! The villa itself is lovely! It is well laid out for guests and provides plenty of space and privacy (especially for our multi-generational family). It is also perfectly positioned as it is just minutes walking distance to Pisa center, but also a bit tucked away to enjoy the quiet, beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed having the freedom to explore and enjoy the property: the terrace, overlooking the tuscan countryside, and gardens were beautiful and serene. Our kids loved the pet bunny, too! The interior is tastefully decorated while maintaining authentic charm. Our favorite part of our visit was the homemade Tuscan meal that Valeria, along with her son and partner, prepared and served to us in her own home - an abundance of rich authentic tuscan flavors for us to enjoy, while feeling like relatives in her home! Valeria made our stay comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. We highly recommend Valeria's Villa Lazzarino!

“Unbelievably wonderful!”
The most beautiful home in the entire Pisa area. The garden was so lovely and the art and furniture and architecture was so charming. Valeria and Teo were the BEST! So kind, full of love and also recommendations. They are artists at heart, so you will find your home here if you love beauty and authentic style. A very quick walk to the main town and to the leaning tower of Pisa could not recommend this home enough.

“We wish we stayed more time!”
Valeria's house is 100 years old and is absolutely beautiful. It is just over ten minutes walk to the leaning tower, which makes it perfectly located. We were a party of four adults and four children under six - the bedrooms suited us perfectly and the children were allowed the run of the garden, which they loved (along with the resident pet rabbit). We stayed for two days but could easily have done so for longer. A super stay in a fantastic place.

“Fantastique!”
Nous avons passé deux semaines fantastiques dans la belle villa de Valeria. Son accueil chaleureux, ses bons conseils, ont rendu ces vacances mémorables. La maison est très bien située, dans un beau quartier au calme.... mais à 10 minutes à pied seulement du centre historique... et de la tour, spacieuse, bien équipée et aménagée et décorée de façon à ce que l'on se sente tout de suite à la maison. Nous recommandons bien sûr cette magnifique maison et son beau jardin à tous! Merci pour tout!

“Het is een prachtig huis op een goede locatie!”
Het is een prachtig huis op een goede locatie! Heel ruim en super mooi ingericht. Ook de tuin is erg mooi. Puur omdat het zo'n mooie en gezellige omgeving was, hebben we vaak thuis gegeten (tegen onze verwachting in). Valeria is een geweldige host en zoekt alles graag tot in de puntjes voor je uit. Ze heeft ons zelfs naar het strand gebracht omdat we met een groep van 11 waren en het met zitplaatsen in de taxi's net slecht uitkwam. Kortom een echte aanrader!!

“Super!”
Dit is een super aanrader voor wie zich een Toscaan in Toscany wil voelen. Een prachtig plekje in Pisa. Host Valeria is echt op en top host. Geboren en getogen in Pisa weet zij precies de plekjes die je moet hebben gezien. En dat zijn er veel! Zelfs een week is niet genoeg. Een goeie reden om weer terug te komen. Het huis is echt fantastisch. Met een geweldg mooie tuin waar je kunt genieten en tot rust kunt komen. Met overal verrassende plekjes om te ztten met een goed fles wijn zelf gekocht op één van de boerderijen in omstreken. Onze twee kleine babies hadden elk een kinderstoel en kropen heerlijk door de tuin. Heerlijke hangmat om te relaxen. Buiten douche om af te koelen. Pingpong tafel voor wat actie, kortom: geweldig!!!! Dank je wel Valeria en Teo!

“A five stars experience!”
I stayed here with 7 friends to celebrate my birthday. Valeria was great at communicating with me before and during our stay. Valeria (and her son) was such a wonderful host and helped us to find some very beautiful spots that were local and away from tourists and a great driver! The house is absolutely beautiful and stylish, the beds were comfortable and there was enough space for us as a group. We loved the roof terrace which provided us with great views! I would recommend this place to stay - it is in walking distance of the town, the leaning tower and close to a supermarket too. I cannot say enough good things about this place - you should definitely stay there!!! A five star experience.

“Valeria is what Airbnb is about!”
A fantastic host, there when needed but gives you absolute freedom to enjoy the space in privacy. Extremely flexible and hospitable also making for a fantastic stay. Such a beautiful home, set over two fantastic floors with a stunning roof terrace that wasn’t expected and was a beautiful place to relax. Situated on a quiet street just outside of Pisa is offers easy access to all Pisa has to offer but also amazing escapism from the hectic city life. A lovely garden which you share with the rabbits is such a peaceful retreat. The house is extremely comfortable and very well equipped and finished to a very high standard. There is free on-street parking which is rare around Pisa. Couldn’t recommend this place or Valeria enough. If visiting Pisa, this is a fantastic place to stay!

“Such a great stay!”
We had such a great stay here! Valeria was super helpful with any questions we had during our stay, she is very lovely. All the amenities were good, location was great (just a 10min walk or quick drive to the Leaning Tower/tourist area). Terrace and backyard table were amazing for breakfasts and wine/cheese in the evening. Very beautiful garden, great for kids. The bunnies in the yard are very cute too, we enjoyed having them in yard with us :)

“Fantastica!”
Villa Lazzarino is a wonderful place in the middle of the historic Pisa town. All the monuments and many many restaurants and cafes are at walking distance. We choose the location with the whole family (4 generations, 9 people) because of this great advantage beyond the fact that in 20 minutes by car you can reach some lovely beaches. The house itself is a beatiful villa from the beginning of the 19th century, full of history. Valeria is a great host. She is helpful with everything you need for your stay either in the house or in Pisa and the surroundings. She has always a recommendation for a good restaurant or the best beach. We felt very welcome and it was a pleasure to join her for a glass of wine in the evening. By the way she is also a very good cook which we experienced on the last day when she prepared dinner for all of us. The rooms are spatious, mattrasses are comfortable and everything is clean and well working despite the fact that this is a historic building. Beyond the flat on the first and second floor we had an additional kitchen with a large table in the garden. This was the place where we all grouped together in the evening for dinner. Very welcome were the mosquito nets at windows and doors which allowed to get some fresh air in the night. The rooms under the roof have air conditioning. Finally to the great joy of our grand-daughters there were 5 loverly bunnies jumpyng around in the garden. The beautiful planted garden can be used by the guests and has a hammock for relaxing.
